To protect your investment, we use high quality and specialized equipment that are specifically
designed to either safely clean, inspect and/or protect your RES system.
We offer Residential and Commercial Trust Plans with the sole purpose to provide the best value for
your budget and investment financial goals.
We use a variety of cleaning techniques based on manufacturers operation & maintenance manuals and
use appropriate equipment specifically designed for photovoltaic modules which are highly effective
at removing dirt and cause no damage to the delicate module surface and other high-quality glass.
The use of reverse osmosis deionized water (RODI) ensures your solar panels experience a spotless
dry.
For residential systems, we provide the purified water (5-stage filtered water) for your PV system
and if additional water is required, we shall advise you of this during the site visit. In general,
we have no need for harmful, corrosive and abrasive chemicals or detergents; therefore, we offer an
eco-friendly cleaning process delivered to you both safely and efficiently with excellent results.
When necessary, a site visit may be carried out to evaluate the safest access for cleaning the
panels, as sometimes a powered access machine or one of our specialized cleaning drones may be
required to complete the task safely.
Drone-based thermography inspections ensure that your PV system produces at top capacity and saves
money by diagnosing faults early with reliability and accuracy. Aerial drones are increasingly being
used as part of the tool kit for fault detection and localization in PV plants. Such an inspection
by drones is classified as simplified inspection procedure of the whole PV array in order to find PV
sub arrays/strings/modules with obvious noticeable problems. Use of drones helps scale, automate and
accelerate detection of faulty areas of a PV system.
Our solar thermal imaging service offers several advantages. We can see anomalies and faults that
can clearly be seen on a crisp thermal image and unlike most other fault finding methods, we can use
our thermal camera to spot faults while the solar panels are still in operation and in a relatively
short time frame.
As an integral part of our Trust
Plans , our drone mounted thermal cameras will spot and quickly identify defects at both module
and cell level as well as wiring and interconnection problems under normal operating conditions.
A serial number on a PV module uniquely identifies it from all other modules in a solar PV system
and describes in general product characteristics of PV components, it represents the lot number of
order/batch, the month & year of manufacture and OEM’s manufacturing line identification. WORKBEE’s
specialized service of “Scanning & Mapping” aligns PV modules’ serial numbers of a PV asset with a
digitized map, hence validating them against Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) master lists
and store these geotagged data to a digital twin.
During the lifecycle of a PV asset, any damage resulting in a warranty and/or insurance claim will
require identification of the module or modules impacted. Recording all serial numbers early smooths
the warranty-claim process and prevents the need for these additional steps when replacing modules
is most urgent.
If you're an owner, a developer, an insurance company or a bank you can independently audit the
supply chain of PV panels, receive safe-harbouring documentation, have proof of installation and
ensure future warranty claims streamlined as per OEMs instructions. If you are an Engineering,
Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company you may be required to report exact module locations
when turning over ownership to the asset owner or Operations and Maintenance (O&M) company.
WORKBEE continually leverages innovative solutions to exceed stakeholders requirements and
strategic goals. With the “Scanning & Mapping” service we want to improve supply chain transparency
and enable an efficient handoff between the critical transition from construction to operations.
Knowing the health of your rotor blades plays a vital role in developing an efficient O&M strategy.
By licensing Sulzer Schmid’s state-of-the-art inspection technology, WORKBEE offers an unprecedented
value proposition of quality, speed, and cost effectiveness for high-definition wind rotor blade
inspections by means of drones. Rugged and resistant on the field, WORKBEE’s drones mounted with the
3DX™ Inspection Platform of Sulzer Schmid are programmed to capture high quality and consistent
imagery data in a systematic way covering 100% of the blade, while minimizing human errors and
operational risks.
Repeatable as a process, with perfect image framing, the platform offers immediate image quality
assurance in the field with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine being able to recognize rotor
blade damages on wind turbines based on the inspection image material. The cutting-edge image
assessment tools of the platform allow detailed and efficient damage assessment and the
repeatability of the process ensures that results can be tracked over time to monitor damage
progression, informed maintenance decisions can be taken, and lifetime documentation is securely in
place.
Understanding that maximising end-to-end productivity is a key success factor in the highly
competitive market of wind turbine inspection solutions, WORKBEE’s drones are available to you in
the field for blade inspection campaigns, offering a service designed to get the job done on time
and within budget.
